Terms of Service
This document sets out the General Terms of Sale, Terms of Use, and Legal Mentions for BOTIQUE.ME OÜ (“Alfredco.host”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). It is designed to serve customers and partners located in the United States and the European Union, and it reflects applicable laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other relevant regulations.

Service Description
Alfredco.host is an AI powered software-as-a-service platform for vacation rental hosts, hotels and other hospitality operators. Subscribers (“hosts”) can upload property data, photos, house rules and other information through our dashboard. The platform integrates with leading online travel agency (OTA) messaging systems and WhatsApp to provide a unified inbox. Our AI assistant uses the host’s data to generate responses to guest inquiries, including questions about check in procedures, amenities, local recommendations and house rules. The assistant supports multilingual interactions, integrates with booking systems, provides analytics and reports, and sends instant alerts to hosts when human attention is required.
Structure of This Document
- General Terms of Sale – explains subscription plans, pricing, free trial policy, payment terms, auto renewal, refund policy and consumer rights.
- Terms of Use – governs how users may use the service, including eligibility, permitted and prohibited uses, integrations, AI features, intellectual property, liability and governing law.
- Privacy Policy – described in a separate document.
- Legal Mentions (Imprint) – provides mandatory information about the company and hosting provider.
Users should read all sections carefully. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these terms and policies. Capitalized terms have the meanings defined herein.
I – General Terms of Sale (Subscriptions & Payments)
1. Introduction and Scope
These General Terms of Sale govern all subscription purchases and paid services offered through Alfredco.host. They apply in conjunction with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The service is primarily intended for business and professional use by hospitality operators. Individuals acting as private hosts may also use the service but acknowledge that they are responsible for compliance with applicable consumer laws.
By subscribing, you represent that you are authorised to bind yourself or the entity you represent. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase or use paid services.
2. Pricing, Plans and Currency
The platform offers subscription plans as described on our pricing page (available at https://alfredhospitalityai.com/pricing/). Prices are shown in Euros (€) or United States Dollars (US$) and exclude any applicable value added tax (VAT) or sales tax unless indicated otherwise. We may change the pricing or structure of plans upon renewal by giving at least 30 days’ prior notice; if you do not wish to accept the new price you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Our subscription plans currently include a 15 day free trial for new customers with a valid payment method. There is no charge during the trial, and you may cancel any time before it ends. On the 16th day after sign up, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged at the rate corresponding to the selected plan. Free trials are limited to one per customer; subsequent sign ups may be billed immediately.
3. Billing and Payment
- Payment processing. All payments are processed via Stripe, a third party payment provider. By providing a payment method you authorise Stripe and Alfredco.host to charge the subscription fees according to your chosen plan. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers; Stripe handles payment data pursuant to its own terms and privacy policy.
- Billing frequency. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you selected, and will automatically renew until cancelled.
- Taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes (e.g. VAT or sales tax). Taxes are added at checkout based on your billing address.
- Invoices and receipts. Digital receipts or invoices are provided via email or the account dashboard.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may attempt to recharge your payment method. If payment is not received within a grace period, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features.
4. Auto Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing term. You may cancel renewal at any time by visiting your account settings or contacting support. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period, after which your account will revert to the free plan or be closed. You will not receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the term.
We may suspend or terminate your subscription for violation of these terms or misuse of the service. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days’ written notice and will offer prorated refunds for prepaid periods remaining after the termination date.
5. Refunds
Except where required by mandatory consumer protection laws, all fees are non refundable once charged, including for partial use of a subscription term or unused days. The free trial is provided to allow you to evaluate the service before charges are incurred.
6. Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade to a higher tier plan at any time; any unused portion of the current term may be credited toward the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Changing plans may affect available features, usage limits and billing amounts.
7. Promotions and Discounts
Occasionally we may offer promotional pricing or coupons. Such promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of offer, are time limited, and generally cannot be combined. After the promotional period ends, regular rates will apply.
8. Consumer Rights and Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a 14 day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, by actively using the service during the free trial and subscribing, you acknowledge and expressly request immediate performance of the digital service. Consequently, under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, your right of withdrawal is waived once the paid subscription begins. This does not affect any other mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
9. Stripe and Third Party Payment Terms
Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms of service. By paying for the service you also agree to comply with Stripe’s policies. Stripe may impose its own restrictions on transactions and may decline charges for reasons outside our control. If you dispute a payment (e.g., via chargeback), we reserve the right to contest the dispute and, if successful, recover the disputed amounts.
10. Changes to These Sale Terms
We may update these sale terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g. price changes) at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
II – Terms of Use (User Agreement)
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Use, together with the General Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy, form a binding agreement between you and Alfredco.host. By accessing or using the platform (including AI powered features and integrations), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time and will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Definitions
- Service: the Alfredco.host SaaS platform, including software, websites, AI assistant features and related services.
- User: you, whether an individual or entity, including Hosts, Guests, or visitors.
- Host: an individual or entity using the service to manage properties or communicate with guests.
- Guest: an individual booking or staying at a property managed through an OTA or messaging platform integrated with the service.
- OTA: third party online travel agency platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
- Third party messaging services: WhatsApp and similar tools.
- AI Providers: large language model providers (e.g., OpenAI).
- Account: the user credentials and profile information used to access the service
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you have the authority to enter into these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us promptly.
The service is primarily intended for business and professional use by hospitality operators. Private individuals may use it to manage their own properties; however, such users are considered consumers for the purposes of applicable consumer laws and may enjoy additional rights.
4. Licence to Use and Services Provided
We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to access and use the service for your internal business or professional purposes in accordance with these terms. The service is provided via cloud based software; we strive to ensure high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation. We may modify, discontinue or suspend any part of the service upon notice as required by law.
5. Permitted Uses and User Obligations
You agree to:
- Comply with laws. Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, anti discrimination laws and hospitality regulations.
- Provide accurate information. Ensure property listings, house rules, and messages are accurate. Review AI generated content before sending it to guests to verify accuracy.
- Respect content guidelines. Do not use the service to create or distribute illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or discriminatory content.
- Maintain guest relationships. Communications with guests remain your responsibility. Alfredco.host is not a party to rental contracts and is not responsible for promises made to guests.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Use illegal or harmful content.
- Process sensitive data (GDPR Article 9 categories).
- Reverse engineer, hack, or attempt to bypass security.
- Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam.
- Violate OTA or messaging platform terms.
- Upload content that infringes IP or privacy rights.
- Process data of minors under 16 without verified consent.
7. Third Party Integrations and Services
- OTA integrations. Some integrations may violate the OTA’s rules. Users assume this risk and release Alfredco.host from associated liability.
- WhatsApp and messaging. You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, obtain opt in consent, and respect template rules.
- AI providers. We send prompts and context to AI providers. OpenAI API data is not used for training by default.
- Other service providers. A list of sub processors is available at our subprocessor URL.
8. AI Assistant Features – Special Terms
- AI content review. Hosts are responsible for reviewing and approving AI generated responses.
- No professional advice. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies.
- Usage limits. Usage thresholds may apply.
- Biometric data. No facial recognition is performed. Uploading identifiable persons requires consent.
- Force majeure. If AI providers discontinue service, we may migrate to alternatives.
- No automated decision making. AI does not produce legally binding decisions.
9. User Provided Content and Intellectual Property
- User content ownership. You retain ownership; you grant us a licence to use content to provide the service.
- AI output. You own outputs to the extent permitted by law.
- Feedback. We may use suggestions without restriction.
- Company IP. All platform IP belongs to Alfredco.host or licensors.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data processing is described in the separate Privacy Policy.
- For user account data, Alfredco.host is a data controller.
- For guest data processed on behalf of hosts, Alfredco.host is a data processor.
- We comply with GDPR and offer a DPA.
- We comply with CCPA/CPRA as a service provider.
- We employ encryption and access controls but cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Security
- Data breach notification. We will notify affected users within 72 hours if required by GDPR.
- User responsibilities. Protect your credentials and notify us of issues.
- Force majeure. We are not responsible for failures beyond our reasonable control.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties except those that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alfredco.host is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid in the prior 12 months or (b) €100.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Alfredco.host against claims related to your misuse of the service, submitted content, or disputes with guests.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Estonian law. EU consumers retain mandatory rights. Non consumer disputes fall under the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
